Item Availability - Most items on our site are In Stock and ready to ship. " These products are stocked in our warehouse and will be shipped, usually within one business days of your order and will arrive at your door within 2 to 5 business days after shipping. "
DROP SHIP - These few products are shipped by companies we partner with. Shipping takes place within 2 to 5 business days after your order and will arrive at your door within 4 business days after shipping.
Shipping Costs - All orders are shipped UPS Ground (or First Class Mail on smaller items) from our warehouse. Shipping is Fee on orders over $100.00 Other shipping costs are calculated on your order once you have entered your shipping address in our shopping cart.
In-Store Pickup In-store pickup is free and is available on most items. Please note that you wish to pick-up your item in the miscellanous - additional information box in the check out details section. If shipping is added during the checkout process, you will receive a refund of those charges when you pick-up the item.

When your order is delivered you should immediately inspect the carton for any potential damage that may have occurred during shipment. Carefully inspect the packaging as well as the contents of the package. It is normal for the carton to show some wear; however, if damage did occur follow these steps: " Accept the package, but make a note of the damage on the shipping receipt, sign and date it. This e-mail confirms that your order or part of your order has shipped. You may receive multiple e-mails depending on the items you selected, or if you ordered multiple items and they were shipped separately. The arrival time of your order depends on the item selected and your shipping location. " Important notice about your order. There are a few reasons why you would receive this e-mail, including: difficulty in processing your order, inability to ship to the address provided, duplicate order, cancellation of order.
Order Status - You can check your order status on our order status page.
Tracking Your Order - You can track your order once it has been shipped from our warehouse. You will be able to access your tracking number on the order status page. You can then use this number to track your order to your door on our tracking page.
Delivery of Your Items - Delivery of your items can take anywhere from three to eight full business days, depending on your location. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Cancellations - Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Some reasons are: " Item(s) not available. " Difficulty in processing your payment information. " Cannot ship to address provided. " Duplicate order was placed. If your order is cancelled, you will receive an important notice regarding your order via e-mail which will explain the reason for the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items. Changing or Canceling Your Order After you have reached our "Thank you for your order" page, your order begins to process Our system is designed to fill orders and get them on their way as quickly as possible. Once you receive your order in the mail, simply return any items you do not want by following our Return Instructions. *Note: Iif you receive an e-mail notifying you that: " one or more items in your order is on backorder. (You may cancel the backordered items.) Please contact us immediately if you wish to cancel these items. " we are unable to process your payment information . Product Deliveries:
It is the buyers responsibility to make sure their delivery address is correct and that products delivered to said address are safe and secure. The risk of loss and title for all items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. High Sierra Divers Estore is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss arising from shipment. We ship to the address you give us so if you make a mistake your order may be delayed. We have no control over where the products are delivered so we cannot be held responsible for lost/stolen products. We highly recommend that you or a representative is available for all deliveries. We can supply you a tracking number for your order so that you can anticipate delivery dates if needed.
Returns and Warranties
Damaged or Defective Items - If your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will instruct you on how to return the item for a replacement or refund.

Returning an Item - If you would like to return a product due to shipping damage, or you received the wrong item in error.... please contact us at within 48 hours of when you received the product. We will be glad to replace the item or refund your money! If you are returning the product for any other reason, the buyer is responsible for the shipping charges to return the item, as well as a 15% restocking fee. Items cannot be returned if more than 14 days has passed since your order was marked as SHIPPED. No refunds will be given on used/installed/modified products! No refunds will be given on items missing parts, paperwork or where the original box is beat-up beyond reasonable shipping conditions. No refunds/returns on opened electronics. Please contact us with any questions/concerns before installing and/or modifying parts. There is a minimum 15% re-stocking fee on unopened/unused returned products. All returns will be inspected before any refund is given. Product, original box(s) and all documentation must be in original NEW condition when returning products to receive refund. If any of these items are missing, used or damaged we reserve the right to refuse a refund. If you want the used or damaged items back, you will be charged shipping costs accordingly. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. If product was shipped with FREE shipping and it's returned, buyer is responsible for original shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot accept returns of non-defective items if more than 30 days has passed since your order was marked as SHIPPED in our system.

The item(s) must be unassembled and packaged securely. If possible, please package item(s) in original package. " Enclose the bottom portion of the original packing list with the return item(s). Keep the top portion for your records. " Please supply your order number when you contact us. " You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 30 business days of our receiving the item(s). " You will be refunded the shipping cost if the return is a result our error.
Product Warranties - Most of the items that are sold on High Sierra Divers Estore come with a manufacturer's warranty. For additional information on the manufacturer's warranty for a specific product, contact the manufacturer directly.

Parts and Repairs
- Please contact the High Sierra Divers Estore about any item directly with any parts and repairs questions even after the warranty expires.
