Payment Policy:
When signing up for a trip, High Sierra Divers will hold your spot on the trip after an initial deposit.
Trips must be paid in full 90 days prior to the departure date.
Cancellation Policy:
In the event that you need to cancel a trip that you have booked, we will do our best to fill your spot.
High Sierra Divers will, however, collect a $100 ($ 50 for Channel Island Trips & $ 25 for Monterey Trips) cancellation fee
per person even if we are able to fill your vacated spot.
Any refunded monies will be credited to your in-store account.
If we are unable to fill your spot on the trip, all money paid toward the trip will be forfeited for Channel Island and Monterey Trips.
Overseas Trips will be charged a cancellation fee based on when you cancel the trip. (You will be informed of the specific
trip cancellation policy and amounts when you sign-up.)
