High Sierra Divers Dive Team

I. What is High Sierra Divers Dive Team?

1. It is a way for us at High Sierra Divers to reward our loyal customers with special discounts, superior service and exclusive benefits.

II. Benefits

1. There are links that will tell you about the many benefits to belonging to our Dive Team. Most of them are self-explanatory. Some highlights are Forums – You will be able to find a dive buddy, ask questions etc. (see Forums below for more.) Discounts on Dive Trips, Rental & Repairs. Exclusive local dive trip invitations and much more. Log-on to the site and see for yourself.

III. Log-on

1. Go to http://www.hsdivers.com

2. Scroll down the page to ‘Members Only’ and click on it.

3. You will see a logon box type, call us for user id & password xxxxx as the user id and xxxxxx as the password and press enter. (note: use lower case)

4. This will give you access to all benefits except forums, for which you will have to register. (more details below in Forums)

IV. Forums

1. Click on the Forums Box – then click on Log on to forums now.

2. Forum Help – On the tool bar at the top of the page. I recommend looking at this first if you have never used blogs or forums before.

3. Forums will require registration. (Click on register on the toolbar.

4. Forums:

a. Ask an Instructor – Diving Questions

b. Training Questions – Questions about classes, dates, details, course content, & requirements

c. Trip Corner – Questions about trips planned and where you would like to go.

d. Dive Buddy – Post when you are going to the ocean, look here to find a ride, or to offer one. This is a great way to share gas costs and find new dive buddies. List details like contact information and when you are going, etc. (Only registered members can access these forums not the general public.)

5. Click ‘Reply’ to answer a thread. Click ‘New Thread’ to start a new subject.

V. Rules

1. No profane, inflammatory language or arguments.

2. No offers to buy or sell equipment.

3. No offers to sell trips other than your spot on a High Sierra Divers trip.
